Repairs and Asset Manager

Repairs and Asset Manager required

Contract Length:        3 Months+

Location:                  London

Rate of Pay:              Equivalent to £68k per year

This is a hybrid role, full time or part time, minimum 2 days in London based office

Venn Group are looking for a Repairs and Asset Manager to work on a social housing contract in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Delivering reactive repairs, capital works and health and safety works
• Managing repairs and maintenance service
• Overseeing compliance processes
• Overseeing complex repairs processes
• Dealing with repairs and asset related complaints
• Ensuring contractor panel is up to date
• Voids management
• Obtaining quotes
• Organising stock condition surveys etc
• Hands on work – processing works orders / occasional inspections

The successful candidate will have:

• Experience in a similar role
• Basic DBS check
