Repairs and Voids Co-Ordinator

Immediately Required

Location: Bristol

Salary: £28,265 per annum + sector leading benefits

Length of Contract: Permanent

Role Overview:

Our client, a respected housing provider, are seeking a dedicated individual to support their customer-centric and professional repairs service by effectively maintaining a log of all scheduled works and their associated costs. This role involves assisting surveyors, management, colleagues, and partners with queries related to repairs and voids, conducting investigations, and managing data.

This hybrid role requires attendance in the office 2-3 days per week, as necessary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and manage surveyor inspections.
  • Communicate with colleagues, partners, and contractors to ensure completion of works and accurate logging of data in relevant systems.
  • Address queries from colleagues, partners, and customers regarding outstanding works.
  • Coordinate actions arising from inspections and servicing programs.
  • Facilitate the seamless integration of data from external sources into in-house management systems.
  • Support the investigation of complaints and oversee the work schedule agreed upon following complaints and disrepair claims.
  • Verify contractors’ invoices against purchase orders to ensure transaction accuracy and authorisation.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably from a housing or maintenance background
  • Proven record of excellent customer service
  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
