Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Repairs Planner to join an organisation based in Royal Tunbridge Wells on a permanent basis.

Duties & Responsibilities of the Repairs Planner:

• Maintain the database for all damp and mould cases, updating progress
• Schedule work for engineers
• Liaise with customers and engineers to schedule in work
• Keep customers up to date with any changes and progress of repairs
• Re-book in cancelled appointments
• Manage all associated administration

Essential Requirements of the Repairs Planner:

• Previous experience handling repairs requests
