Responsive Repairs Team Leader

  • Annual Salary: £43,022 - £45,111 (plus £1,000 car allowance and excellent benefits)
  • Location: Walsall, West Midlands
  • Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

An exciting opportunity has arisen for three Responsive Repairs Team Leaders to join our client’s expanding repairs service. The successful candidates will lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high productivity and customer satisfaction within a fast-paced environment.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Lead and manage a team of trade professionals, collaborating closely with repairs planners.
  • Drive the team to reduce customer lead times and achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Manage a varied workload, including responding to customer enquiries and resolving issues related to materials and transportation.
  • Prioritise tasks effectively in a dynamic setting, ensuring the smooth operation of the repairs service.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Relevant construction industry supervisory experience.
  • Ability to manage a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
  • BTEC/HNC in Building Studies is desirable but not essential.
  • Willingness to work towards the attainment of BTEC/HNC if not already qualified.
  • Experinece within Residential property maintenance
