Job Title: Repro Operator/ Retoucher

Location: Grimsby/Manchester

Hours: 40hrs per week

o Mon - Fri (8am-5pm)

Holidays: 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)

Salary: Dependent On Experience

They are a well-established brand design agency that specialises in all areas of packaging production. Their independent technology and industry-leading software tools have pushed them to the forefront of pre-press agencies.

Key responsibilities of a Repro Operator/ Retoucher:

• Ensures high-quality standards in all production client deliverables.
• Ensures accurate, consistent, and timely completion of high quality basic to intermediate or complex level artwork, effectively using industry standard software, tools, and print techniques.
• Performs assigned tasks within the overall Production workflow work to required specifications, industry and company Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), and the client's brand guidelines and standards.
• Deliver high-quality Reprographics to printer specification
• Flexo and colour retouch to client targets and standards.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Experience required for a Repro Operator/ Retoucher:

• Experience in a pre-press, or related field required; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient computer software skills within Apple Mac equipment and operating systems, plus Illustrator, Photoshop etc.
• High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite, Outlook & Internet applications
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to develop and maintain collaborative relationships with peers and colleagues across the organisation.
• Ability to work well within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail and deadlines.
• Ability to work overtime as necessary
