Key Responsibilities:

• Equipment Maintenance: Oversee the upkeep and servicing of photocopiers and printers, ensuring optimal performance.
• Consumables Management: Monitor and manage stock levels of printing supplies.
• Coordination with Engineers: Liaise with third-party support engineers for timely repairs and maintenance.
• Print Queue Management: Efficiently monitor and manage print queues to ensure timely completion of print jobs.
• Mail Processing: Handle daily mail processing duties.
• Photocopying Services: Provide reliable photocopying services for both staff and students.
• Reporting: Generate detailed reports on photocopying accounts and equipment usage.
