Research Sales Director

The Company:
A leading global provider of first-party data for Market Research. They offer insights, activation, and measurement solutions. The company leverages a vast database of consumers and business professionals to provide accurate and comprehensive data for market research, advertising, and analytics.

The Opportunity:
This company is looking for a Sales Director to lead a team of talented sales people in the market research space. The Sales Director will ensure profitable and sustainable business growth of a specific set of customers and prospects. They will develop and execute sales strategies to hit revenue targets associated with your team.

About you:
You will have a track record of developing and implementing effective sales strategies. Experience leading and coaching a team to help them grow and develop. Expertise in Consulting or Private Equity is a bonus. Significant experience in the Market Research field or have a strong consulting background. You will also be happy working independently or within a team with a can-do attitude and the willingness to get stuck in when necessary.

Salary & Benefits:

Up to £76,000 + Generous bonus, up to 50% of Salary. Great benefits package and hybrid working.
