Title: Resettlement Officer

Location: Ealing, London

Salary: £22.91 per hour Umbrella

Duration: 1 Year

Our client is seeking a Resettlement Officer to join their team. As a Resettlement Officer, you will play a vital role in supporting the successful resettlement of individuals within the borough of Ealing.

Key Responsibilities:

Utilise your knowledge of refugee and asylum seeker schemes to navigate the resettlement process effectively.
Liaise with partner organisations and stakeholders across the Ealing System, ensuring efficient provision of support and information sharing.
Act as a key point of contact and advocate for resettled cases, ensuring their wellbeing and successful integration into the community.
Respond promptly to inquiries and cases, meeting targets while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Requirements:

Experience or knowledge of the resettlement process and refugee schemes is essential.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to collaborate with partner organisations.
Ability to provide advocacy and support to individuals during the resettlement process.
Familiarity with case management systems, particularly the Homes for Ukraine case management system (Foundry), would be desirable.

The successful candidate will be required to drive their own vehicle for work-related visits.

Working Arrangements:

Hybrid working model with a combination of office-based work, home working, and visits to accommodation.
Equipment will be provided, but the officer will need to collect it from the office.
