My client is a well-capitalised and established specialist in cladding and roofing installation and repair, working with clients directly as a main contractor, and particularly on large combustible cladding remediation projects.

One specific multi-block cladding remediation project requires significant reporting against project KPIs, programme and budget compliance, and on tenant satisfaction.

My client also wishes to develop the project reporting into a standardised system, which will add value to all combustible cladding remediation projects.

The Role:

• 16 tower blocks been refurbished and this will be managing the project progress.

• Tenants in the towers so supporting in managing the tenants with the client liasonmananager.

• Spend compliance.

• Put together Microsoft programme.

• Health and safety monitoring (dont need to be qualified)
• Kpi reporting is key.

The ideal candidate will have had construction experience, probably with a main contractor, and understands the importance of timely, accurate, well presented board reports.

Consequently, expertise is essential in Excel and the presentational functionality of the software, and in MS project.

Determination to acquire and verify the data that informs the various reports is also an important attribute, thus good communication skills, with colleagues and suppliers, are vital.

As site presence is required, a CSCS visitors card will be mandatory (this can be applied for following an online test), and good literacy/proficient use of MS Word needs to be demonstrated.
