Temporary contract for a Resident Liaison Officer
Location: HAYES
Contract: Kitchen and Bathroom Upgrade Programme with Hillingdon Council 
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM 
Start Date: Immediate 
We are seeking a dedicated Resident Liaison Officer to join a team for an exciting Kitchen and Bathroom programme upgrade contract with Hillingdon Council. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring a smooth and satisfactory experience for all residents throughout the upgrade process.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule and coordinate pre-start meetings for residents to choose their kitchen /bathroom type.
  • Manage bookings and update the diary with all appointments and follow-ups.
  • Conduct visits to residents before, during, and after the job completion to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Diary Management and Organisational Skills: Ability to efficiently manage and update schedules and appointments.
  • Empathy and Communication: A friendly and approachable demeanor to effectively interact with a diverse range of residents.
  • Good administrative skills: To keep all paperwork accurate and up to date
  • Own Car: Must have your own vehicle; fuel allowance will be provided.
