Residential and Commercial Solicitor

£21,000 - £60,000 (dependent on experience)

My client is delighted to offer a full-time vacancy for a Solicitor/Conveyancer at their practice in Widnes. This position is ideal for an ambitious individual with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in conveyancing.

Responsibilities:
  • Conducting title checks
  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, including lease extensions
  • Managing new build and shared ownership transactions
  • Facilitating transfer of equity
  • Processing remortgages and equity releases
  • Conducting file reviews
  • Working effectively under pressure and as part of a team
  • Providing excellent customer service and maintaining a personable manner with the public
