Residential Building Surveyor - Full home-based position on residential properties!

My client are a RICS Surveying practice, working in the commercial and residential sectors, looking for a Building Surveyor to cover their Hampshire based schemes.

This is an opportunity for a well-seasoned Building Surveyor, who can work autonomously and manage their workload.

Role and responsibilities

The successful Building Surveyor will work as part of the residential team of 10 other Surveyors, working on delivering level 2 and level 3 surveys for a range of private and public sector residential properties.

Person specification

This role will suit a dedicated Building Surveyor, who is keen to be home based and can confidently run schemes alone.

  • MRICS or MCIOB
  • RICS accredited degree
  • Residential focus
  • A clean UK driving license
