Location: Rugeley, Staffordshire
Pay/Salary: £27,108 - £27,849 inc of sleep ins
Shifts: One days on two days off

The Role
You will be responsible to the Registered Manager, for the day-to-day duties within the home and the care and support of the Young People. You'd implement and follow the home's operational policies, and the care practice standards. You'll have plenty of opportunities to provide and ensure that care is within a warm and supportive atmosphere. Have some fun too! You'll implement individual care plans so as to ensure the welfare of each Young Person, offer support and guidance to bank staff and volunteers working within our client.

You won't be alone and will be working with a well trained team, the home managers will show you how to get things done and have fun. Throughout you'll receive one of the best support systems throughout your time and progression within the company. If you do not have a level 3 qualification, then we will enrol you on to this qualification and offer you plenty of training to ensure you have the guidance and attributes to flourish, and that's just one of the many benefits you'll get when working with our client.
