OVERVIEW:
• As a qualified solicitor with over 2 years PQE, you will be expected to pick up the existing caseload, ensure the smooth progression of files and take on new files as part of the maternity leave cover.
• You will have considerable experience with wide range of general residential conveyancing matters such as freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, re-mortgages, new-builds, and transfers of equity.
• You will work alongside the Head of Department and other residential conveyancers, which will be on-hand to provide support.
• Proven track record of handling own caseload from inception until completion is essential.
• This role will be accompanied by experienced secretarial support.
• You will have excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients and other stakeholders and offer exceptional levels of client care.
• This position will offer locum work after the fixed-term assignment concludes.
