Andover
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (DOE)

A well regarded law firm in Andover is looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to manage a varied caseload and work within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role:
  • Handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
  • Managing files from instruction through to post-completion.
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions.
  • Providing clear, practical legal advice and excellent client care.
  • Contributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationships.

About You:
  • A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) with experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Confident in handling a full caseload.
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • A client-focused approach with strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in using case management systems.
