The Role:
- Handling a full range of residential conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Managing files from instruction through to post-completion.
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties to ensure smooth transactions.
- Providing clear, practical legal advice and excellent client care.
- Contributing to business development and maintaining strong client relationships.
About You:
- A qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX) with experience in residential conveyancing.
- Confident in handling a full caseload.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- A client-focused approach with strong communication skills.
- Proficient in using case management systems.
