Role: Residential Conveyancer - part-time 3 or 4 days per week
Experience: 3-years + PQE
Location: Worthing Area

Our client is a small friendly law firm based near Worthing, and have a vacancy for an experienced (3+ years' PQE) Residential Conveyancer.

This is a permanent position for 3 or 4 days per week (9.00 - 5.00). We are open to candidates working from our office or remotely but if the latter, there will be an expectation for the successful candidate to work from the office 1 - 2 times a month.

Ideally, we are looking for someone to run/build the property department and can offer personal and career growth, with long term prospects such the opportunity to become a partner. The successful candidate will undertake all aspects of residential property work, to include:

• Sales & Purchases

• Re-mortgage

• Buy-to-Let

• Landlord and Tenant

• Transfer of ownership

• Lease extensions

Key skills/requirements:

• Excellent IT skills

• Ability to prioritise workload efficiently in order to meet tight deadlines

• Excellent communication and client care skills

• Be able to work well as part of a team with sound leadership skills

• Have strong attention to detail and be very well organised

• Have a strong sense of commercial awareness and the ability to build good effective working relationships with local agents

• Have experience of managing a high-volume caseload of varied property transactions with minimal supervision

• Be friendly and proactive with a positive attitude
