Join a leading national conveyancing firm renowned for its innovative approach and excellent benefits. They are now seeking a skilled and experienced Residential Conveyancer to become a part of the growing team.

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will manage a mixed caseload of conveyancing files, including the sale, purchase, and re-mortgage of freehold and leasehold properties. This remote role demands a professional who can handle cases independently with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing transactions.
  • Handle freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, and re-mortgage transactions.
  • Ensure efficient processing and completion of files using advanced IT systems.
  • Provide exceptional client service and maintain strong relationships with clients.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in residential conveyancing.
  • Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently.
  • Excellent IT skills and familiarity with conveyancing software.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
