Job Title: Residential Conveyancer Lawyer

Salary: £50,000

A longstanding Legal 500 law firm with multiple offices across the country are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy Property department. The firm provides a comprehensive range of legal services to individuals and businesses. They endeavour to maintain the highest standards of legal services to the community and put their clients as their priority.

Job Description:

The firm are seeking a full time and motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their successful team. As a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of Conveyancing. You will have the opportunity to undertake commercial property work too if desired.

You will have

  • Recent experience of handling a residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish.
  • A qualified Solicitor, Licenced Conveyancer or Legal Executive.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
  • Excellent communication skills with a helpful and positive attitude.
  • Strong organisation, planning, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
