OVERVIEW:
• Keen to grow their residential property offerings, this reputable practice is looking for an experienced Conveyancer looking for the next step in their career.
• Working on a busy caseload of residential property transactions, the appointed Residential Conveyancer will be dealing with sales, purchases, re-mortgages, transfer of equity as well as new build matters.
• Applications are welcomed from Conveyancers who have a sound track record of handling their own caseload of matters and ideally looking for the next step in their career.
• The appointed skilled Conveyancer will have some supervisory experience and be confident in liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure timely progress of transactions.
• Promoting a positive team culture and contributing to the continuous improvement of our conveyancing processes.
