Residential Conveyancer – Award-Winning Firm - Remote Working

About the firm:

An award-winning specialist Conveyancing firm are searching for a Residential Conveyancer / Fee Earner to come and be part of their friendly team on a permanent basis.

What will you be doing?

In your day-to-day responsibilities you will manage a caseload of 75 files sale contract issues, respond to enquiries, approve purchase contracts, and raise and check enquiries. Additionally, you will report on mortgage offers and be given a high level of autonomy, whilst also receiving strong support and opportunities for professional development.

What can you bring to the team?

This firm is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual with a minimum of 2 years of experience working within a volume conveyancing team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling leasehold flat properties, including title checks, from start to finish.

You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team, utilizing case management systems effectively. A willingness to learn and progress in your career is essential and only applicants with strong volume conveyancing experience will be considered for this opportunity.

What can they offer you?

SALARY – this is dependant upon experience and market rate but can be expected to range between £25,000 - £40,000.
