Residential Conveyancer
Job Title: Residential Conveyancer
Location: Slough
Salary: Up to £50,000
A highly regarded and well-established law firm near Slough are seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their expanding team.
Our client are incredibly busy and have a lot of high quality work to pass on, providing a great opportunity for a Conveyancing Fee Earner who is able to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
- Conducting all conveyancing procedures including sales, purchases, transfers, and re-mortgages
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, solicitors, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process
- Preparing and reviewing contracts, leasehold documents, and other legal documents
- Ensuring all transactions comply with regulatory and legislative requirements
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all transactions
- Providing high-quality customer service and keeping clients informed throughout the process
Requirements:
- Qualified solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer, or conveyancing executive with experience in residential conveyancing (qualification is not necessary)
- Strong understanding of conveyancing procedures and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage a high-volume caseload efficiently
- Proficiency in conveyancing software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
