Residential Conveyancer

We are partnering with one of the UK's leading Law firms, currently seeking an exceptional Conveyancer to join its expanding team in Pontefract.

Position Overview:

The ideal candidate will be a Conveyancing Fee-Earner, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, Conveyancer, or Property Solicitor with several years of experience managing a diverse Conveyancing caseload.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a caseload consisting of Sales, Purchases, Leasehold, Freehold, Re-Mortgage, And Transfer of Equity transactions
• Utilising assistance and a case management system to handle tasks efficiently

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in a busy Residential Conveyancing Department
• Demonstrated ability to manage a caseload from start to finish
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to work efficiently
• A collaborative team player
