Ready for a new challenge in a vibrant and growing Conveyancing team?

We are currently seeking an experienced conveyancer ready to manage a diverse caseload in a progressive environment where career growth and development are actively supported.

As a key member of this growing property law team, you will:

- Manage all stages of the conveyancing process from initial instruction to completion.
- Handle a varied portfolio including sales, remortgages, freehold and leasehold transactions, new plot purchases, right to buy, shared ownership, auction properties, and help to buy schemes.
- Work directly with the client and other third parties to ensure a smooth and efficient transaction.

As an experienced member of the team, we’d also love to see you support and mentor some of the trainees and actively collaborating with team members to enhance service delivery.

You’d need:

A minimum of 18 months’ experience in residential conveyancing, demonstrating a capacity to handle a comprehensive caseload independently.

To be motivated and proactive, eager for a challenging yet rewarding position within a successful and forward-thinking team.
