We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join an established and highly successful firm in Tamworth. This practice are well regarded and have a strong client base from across the local area and the wider West Midlands, and therefore enjoy a steady & reliable source of work in place. 

A perfect role for a highly motivated, organised, and hard-working legal professional to join a respected, busy and experienced team, and provide a quality legal service, assisting clients in an array of conveyancing matters.

The role will typically consist of:

  • Dealing with house sales and purchases through to completion
  • Re-mortgages
  • New build plot purchases
  • Transfers of equity
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years post-qualification experience handling residential conveyancing transactional work. Experience of business development and the ability to forge relationships with new & existing clients will also be essential. 

There is scope for progression within the department and a clear pathway to developing into a position of leadership. 

Salary: £35000 - £45000 depending on experience
