Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer in search of an exciting opportunity within a well-established law firm?

I am currently seeking a dynamic Residential Conveyancer to join a team, focusing on local properties in the south London area.

As a Residential Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, including:

  • Handling freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
  • Managing re-mortgages
  • Assisting with help-to-buys

To excel in this Residential Conveyancer position, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience managing a caseload
  • Excellent client management skills with a commitment to exceeding expectations
  • A strong drive to consistently deliver high-quality work and exceptional service
