Residential Conveyancer

Your new firm
This stellar firm is looking for a Residential Property Legal professional to join their highly-regarded Residential property Team in Bristol. This firm has a strong reputation in the residential sector where their Real Estate Department supports clients on a range of matters ranging from large land acquisitions deals right to plot sales.

Your new role
In this role you will be a thoroughly experienced residential property legal professional, and you will be part of the Plots team. This team works on site set up matters, section agreements, compliance certificates and deeds of variation as well as plot conveyancing.
You will be working closely with their ambitious and demanding clients, acting for them in the sale of newbuild plots and generally supporting them in the full range of their conveyancing needs.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an established Residential Conveyancer, Solicitor or CILEx lawyer, or a senior paralegal with similar experience in residential conveyancing. You will have experience providing great service advising and handling clients and be thoroughly familiar with the whole lifecycle of residential conveyancing work.
Critical to this role is plenty of experience in Plots sales and as this position will be working for a range of housebuilder clients. You will also need the ability to work on a high-volume caseload with minimal supervision. You will also have the commercial awareness to keep updated on developments in relevant areas of law. It is desirable, but not necessary, to have experience in undertaking title investigation of properties.
