Job Title: Residential Conveyancer Lawyer

Location: Bristol

Salary: £40,000

A modern legal practice with several offices across South Wales are looking for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their busy Property department. The firm provides a comprehensive range of legal services to individuals and businesses. They endeavour to maintain the highest standards of legal services to the community and put their clients as their priority.

Job Description:

The firm are seeking a full time and motivated Residential Conveyancer to join their successful team. As a Residential Conveyancer, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert legal advice and guidance to clients on all aspects of Conveyancing.

The opportunity:

  • To work in a well established team with an excellent case management system
  • Strong hybrid working opportunities
  • To work with local estate agents on local conveyancing without any panel involvement.

You will have

  • Recent experience of handling a residential conveyancing caseload from start to finish.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work well as part of a team and independently.
  • Excellent communication skills with a helpful and positive attitude.
  • Strong organisation, planning, problem-solving and multi-tasking skills
