A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join my clients team in their Sheffield offices.

The role will see you managing a caseload of residential property matters including freehold/leasehold sales and purchases, Shared Ownership, Re-mortgages and New Build developments.

The role is suitable for a Chartered Legal Executive, a Licensed Conveyancer or solicitor.

Key Responsibilities:

- Managing a caseload from instruction through to completion.
- Drafting and approving various legal documentation.
- Effectively maintain the firm’s case management system.
- Ensuring all post completion formalities are dealt with.
- Conduct legal research where appropriate.
- Providing a responsive service, giving clear and concise legal advice.
- Attend to clients of the Firm on a regular basis.

Skills, Experience & Benefits:

- Qualified candidates with a Law Degree, LPC, qualified Licensed Conveyancer, Solicitor or Legal Executive (FCILEX)
- Residential Conveyancing fee earning experience essential at least 2 years’ experience.
- Proven track record of meeting targets.
- Solid legal knowledge within the conveyancing process.
- Competitive salary package depending on experience.

- You will work alongside other Property Lawyers, Senior Property Lawyers and your Team Manager in an environment where you can actively make a positive contribution to the team.
