The Role
Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from start to finish
Handle a range of transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, leaseholds, freeholds, and transfers of equity
Use modern tools while maintaining a personal, client-focused approach
Autonomy in your work with support from experienced colleagues and admin staff
Be the go-to advisor for clients throughout the process—clear communication is key
You
Qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
Experienced in managing a varied residential property caseload independently
Strong technical knowledge across all standard conveyancing transactions
Excellent communication and client care skills
Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
A team player who’s as comfortable helping colleagues as managing their own files
