The Role

• Manage your own caseload of residential conveyancing files from start to finish
  
  
• Handle a range of transactions including sales, purchases, remortgages, leaseholds, freeholds, and transfers of equity
  
  
• Use modern tools while maintaining a personal, client-focused approach
  
  
• Autonomy in your work with support from experienced colleagues and admin staff
  
  
• Be the go-to advisor for clients throughout the process—clear communication is key
  
  

You

• Qualified as a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer
  
  
• Experienced in managing a varied residential property caseload independently
  
  
• Strong technical knowledge across all standard conveyancing transactions
  
  
• Excellent communication and client care skills
  
  
• Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented
  
  
• A team player who’s as comfortable helping colleagues as managing their own files
