Salary: Competitive and dependent on experience

• Managing a full caseload of residential and light commercial conveyancing files from instruction to completion.
• Dealing with a range of transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, transfers of equity, remortgages, and new build matters.
• Communicating clearly and effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors to ensure transactions progress smoothly.
• Delivering practical, straightforward legal advice and building strong, lasting client relationships.

What We’re Looking For:
• Solid experience in residential conveyancing, and ideally some exposure to commercial property matters.
• Proven ability to handle a busy, varied caseload with minimal supervision.
• A client-focused approach with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and confidence working under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Enthusiasm, adaptability, and a collaborative attitude.
