Residential Conveyancing Assistant - Taunton

Excellent opportunity for a conveyancing assistant to join one of the UK's fastest growing law firms.

Based in offices with east access to the M5 you will enjoy working in dynamic and supportive team environment.

As a Conveyancing Assistant you will support the work of the Conveyancing team and supporting the Team Leader with general administration tasks. You will be working closely with Conveyancers and Legal Administrators to ensure a first class service is provided. Duties will include:

  • Liaising with clients, stakeholders and third parties, responding to voicemail messages and correspondence in a prompt manner.
  • Amend and collate letters with enclosures in line with set deadlines, ensuring sign off as appropriate by the appropriate Lawyer.
  • Ensure that exchange and completion dates are met and you will work with the Matter Lawyers, Team Manager and others within the wider Real Estate Group where required.

To apply for this role you will ideally have at least 6 months to one year's experience working within conveyancing and an understanding of conveyancing procedures

The firm offer genuine opportunities for career progression and you will receive a review every 6 months.

Starting salaries are £19,000 - £23,000 coupled with excellent benefits.
