Job Description:
As a Residential Conveyancing Team Leader, you will play a key role in managing and motivating a small team of Case Handlers to achieve conversion, compliance, and client care objectives. Your responsibilities will include overseeing a portfolio of residential sale and purchase transactions, ensuring proactive, consistent, and efficient client services and legal advice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and motivate a small team of Case Handlers to achieve conversion, compliance, and client care objectives.
- Oversee a portfolio of residential sale and purchase transactions.
- Provide proactive, consistent, and efficient client services and legal advice.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and procedures.
- Monitor team performance and provide support and guidance as needed.
- Handle escalated client queries and complaints effectively and professionally.
- At least 3 years’ experience running your own caseload in residential conveyancing.
- Strong management skills, with proven experience in leading and motivating a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and client-focused approach.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Conveyancing qualification would be desirable but not essential.
