Location: Essex
Salary: Up to £32,000 (dependant on experience)
A Leading and highly reputable Law firm are  seeking a motivated and experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal to join their expanding team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with at least one year’s experience in a residential or commercial property department to advance their career in a fast-paced and client-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with a wide range of matters concerning property sales and purchases.
  • Draft and review documents related to conveyancing transactions.
  • Handle post-completion tasks efficiently and accurately.
  • Perform day-to-day administration of client matters.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients, maintaining high standards of communication and support.
  • Manage commercial property and conveyancing needs independently, hitting the ground running from day one.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of one year’s experience in a residential or commercial property department.
  • Ideally possess a Law degree/CPE or LPC.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in drafting documents and handling post-completion matters.
