Salary: Up to £30,000 dependent on experience

Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancing Paralegal looking for an exciting new opportunity? Our client, a top-tier Legal 500 Law Firm with a well-established presence, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join their friendly and approachable team at their Banbury office.

About the Role:
This varied role offers a fantastic opportunity to work within a collaborative team environment, partnering with highly experienced Secretaries, Solicitors, and Directors. The responsibilities of the role include, but are not limited to:
  • Managing transactions from initial instruction to post-completion.
  • Developing and maintaining positive and productive relationships with clients, ensuring their conveyancing needs are met.
  • Proactively and professionally communicating with clients, external partners, and internal colleagues via telephone and email.
  • Relaying messages and providing assistance to senior colleagues when necessary.
  • Working as part of an effective and efficient team, covering for others where necessary.
Person Specification:
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Experience as a Residential Property Assistant/Paralegal.
  • Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  • A keen attention to detail.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach.
  • The ability to prioritise workload efficiently.
  • Punctuality, honesty, and trustworthiness.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • An understanding of the confidential nature of the legal environment.
