Are you a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal looking to work at a firm who will support your further development? Sacco Mann are working with a reputable and well-established law firm based in the East Midlands who have an opening for a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal in their Northampton office.

Our client is an award-winning law firm who have several offices across the region and hold a strong client base. The firm are looking for someone who has experience of working in a busy Residential Property team with working knowledge of using case management systems.

In this role you will be supporting the team leader with various tasks including issuing draft contracts, ordering and checking routine property searches, setting up matters for completion, post completion administration, checking mortgage offers, speaking with clients, estate agents and lenders, and any other administration requirements including supporting other team members as and when needed.

The is an opportunity to manage your own small caseload under supervision down the line (depending on experience).

To be considered by the firm, you will have paralegal experience within a Residential Property Team. You will prioritise effectively, have excellent communication and be committed to this area of law.

The firm offer great development opportunities for the right candidate and can offer funding to qualify as a Licenced Conveyancer.
