Your Role as a Residential Property Paralegal/Legal Assistant:
As a key part of the Residential Conveyancing team, you will:
- Support senior conveyancers and fee earners on property transactions
- Handle a variety of residential property matters, from sales to purchases
- Engage with clients via phone, email and face-to-face meetings
- Liaise with estate agents, mortgage lenders and legal bodies
- Manage post-exchange and completion tasks efficiently
What do you need?
- Proven experience as a Paralegal or Legal Assistant
- At least 1 year of experience in residential conveyancing
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- A proactive approach and a keen eye for detail
- The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced legal environment
