Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, 2 years' +PQE, North West London, £45,000- £60,000 plus a comprehensive benefits package. Job Ref: 215296251

THE ROLE:
This busy residential property team specialises in a broad range of matters including purchases and sales, leases and lease extensions, and tenancy agreements. The successful applicant will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from file opening to post completions including registration and archiving.

THE CANDIDIATE:
This role is well suited to an ambitious, self-motivated individual with at least two years' PQE in residential conveyancing. The ideal candidate must have an in-depth understanding of property law and the residential conveyancing process and be able to work independently.
