RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR, 3 YEARS’ + PQE, £40,000- £60,000 DOE, KENT
An exciting opportunity for an ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join an expanding conveyancing team.

THE ROLE:
You will be responsible for a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters including sales and purchases, re-mortgages, leases, and transfer of equity. You will manage your own caseload, offer detailed advice to clients, and engage in business development.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be experienced and knowledgeable in all aspects of residential conveyancing, confident to work without supervision and have experience of managing a high volume of work. The role will suit Solicitors who are able to pick up an existing caseload, use their initiative and thrive in a busy work environment.
