This is a great private practice led by a Partner who is fantastic at developing business, so much so, they continue to expand.

If you want to work as part of a busy and supportive team where you you will have autonomy, not be micro managed and be able to develop strong client relationships this is exactly where you need to be. 

The role is office based because they much prefer to be available to clients who prefer to come into the office. However, that does not mean you are tied to your desk, need to attend to something, that's never a problem. The Partners understand that people have lives outside of the office and fostering a supportive culture leads to happier teams. 

The working week is 34 hours and they are open to discuss preferred working patterns, flexible start/finish times. 

Ideally you shall have a minimum of 2 years' post qualifying experience of running your own residential conveyancing transactions from start to finish, have exceptional client facing skills and be highly organised.

There is genuine scope for progression here, if that's important to you, you will be able to progress and develop within the business.
