Role Overview
My client is currently recruiting for an experienced residential conveyancing solicitor to join its expanding offices based in Bridgend.
This role is to work in a friendly firm, with a modern outlook on technology, flexibility and training and development.
This role will require you to have experience managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing sale and purchase matters.
Candidate Profile
The firm is looking for a residential conveyancing solicitor who can demonstrate:
- Ability to deal with both freehold and leasehold transactions including sales, purchases, new builds, unregistered title and shared ownership
- licensed conveyancers, solicitors and legal executives are considered.
- Minimum of 5 Years experience as a minimum requirement in Conveyancing Fee Earning
- IT proficient
