Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
 
My client are a leading Legal 200 ranked law firm based in Winchester, it is looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer Solicitor/Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join a successful and expanding department in this critical hire.


You’ll be an experienced Residential Conveyancer (1-4 years PQE) with the technical ability to run and manage your own full caseload of files from initial instruction through to post completion dealing with sales, purchase, re-mortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties. 

You will be active in marketing and business development in the Winchester and surrounding areas in order to expand the work and gain new clients building strong relationships with referrers.
