Residential Conveyancing Solicitor (NQ – 3 Years' PQE) – Dundee

We are looking for a dedicated and ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a dynamic and supportive firm in Dundee. This opportunity is perfect for a talented individual with between NQ and 3 years' PQE who is eager to advance their career in a well-established firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing a diverse caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion
  • Providing expert legal advice on all aspects of residential conveyancing, including sales, purchases, remortgages and transfers of equity
  • Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient transactions
  • Conducting thorough due diligence, including title checks and searches
  • Drafting and reviewing contracts, transfer deeds and other legal documents
  • Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements

Key Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor with NQ to 3 years' PQE in Residential Conveyancing
  • Strong knowledge of Scottish property law and conveyancing procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage a busy caseload and work to tight deadlines
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
  • Proactive and client-focused approach
