Location: Glasgow (hybrid)

Overview

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a dynamic and supportive team within a highly regarded law firm. This role offers you the chance to work on a variety of conveyancing transactions while contributing to business growth and maintaining strong client relationships.

Experience

  • Qualified Solicitor with a proven background in residential conveyancing
  • Solid understanding of purchases, sales, remortgages, transfers of title and discharges
  • Demonstrated ability to handle title examinations and legal drafting

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive support to the residential conveyancing team
  • Build and maintain excellent client and referrer relationships
  • Manage the end-to-end conveyancing process with efficiency and attention to detail

Skills

  • Strong written and verbal communication abilities
  • Team-oriented with excellent relationship-building capabilities
  • Self-motivated and driven to deliver high-quality client service
