This position is ideal for candidates with prior conveyancing experience that are looking to move into commercial property or expand their existing knowledge to develop their career.

• This is a fast-paced position, managing a high volume of files from start to completion, so you must be comfortable working to meet tight deadlines and have excellent organisational skills.

• You must have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets and have a keen attention to detail while maintaining high standards of work.

• You will be expected to act on behalf of developers, assisting with setting up all legal documents and sales packs within agreed timescales, as well as supporting efficient completion of sales.

• Competitive salary commensurate with experience and a comprehensive benefits package including pensions, enhanced maternity, and paternity pay, plus 25 days holiday. Generous bonuses for Fee Earners and free parking are included.
