Residential Lettings - Inspections & Inventory Clerk - Walsall - 53481

Our client are a well established Lettings agency located in Walsall. They deal with Single property landlords, owners with portfolios and overseas investors to trust them to expertly manage their properties; saving them time, hassle and money and providing them with the reassurance that their expertise in lettings will help them seamlessly manage their assets.

They are now seeking an addition to the team to assist in the Property Management department to complete their property inspections and check in/outs upon renewal of tenants.

The service provided to Landlords include producing a detailed inventory of the property, a thorough check in and check out inspection, the registration and de-registration of tenants from utility providers and a comprehensive dilapidation costings report to protect interests at the end of the tenancy.

The ideal candidate will -

• Already have experience within the Lettings arena
• Have knowledge of ALTO software
• Have a full, clean UK Driving Licence with access to own car that is insured for business use.

In return, my client is offering -

• A competitive basic salary with additional commissions
• A full-time, permanent contract - working hours are Mon-Fri 09.00-17.30 and Saturdays on a rotational basis (Currently 1 in 2) 09.00-15.30
• Business mileage is paid
