We are seeking a diligent, experienced Residential Maintenance Electrician to promptly address a variety of electrical needs in our properties. The ideal candidate will be proficient in diagnosing and rectifying faults while ensuring adherence to safety standards.

Description

  • Diagnosing and repairing electrical issues in our residential properties.
  • Regularly conducting maintenance checks to ensure electrical systems are working correctly.
  • Ensuring all work is completed in accordance with safety standards and regulations.
  • Promptly responding to emergency call-outs and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Working closely with the property management team to address any concerns or queries.
  • Assisting in the installation of new electrical systems as required.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
  • Documenting completed tasks and reporting any larger issues to management.

Profile

A successful Residential Maintenance Electrician should have:

  • Electrical NVQ or City and Guilds qualifications
  • 18th Edition qualification
  • 2391 Certificate
  • A valid UK Drivers license
  • Proven experience in a similar role within the property industry.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to respond to emergency call-outs outside of regular working hours.
