OVERVIEW:

• You will be expected to take over the current caseload, quickly adapt, and ensure the smooth progression of files throughout July.
• Significant experience in various residential conveyancing matters, including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, mortgages, shared ownership, and transfers of equity, is required.
• The team is managing a heavy caseload and needs an experienced conveyancer/solicitor for this assignment.
• A proven ability to manage a diverse caseload independently is essential.
• The role includes support from experienced secretarial staff.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary to interact effectively with clients and other stakeholders, ensuring exceptional client care.
• The candidate is expected to be on-site for the duration of the assignment.
