Established over 50 years ago, our client is a growing 3-Partner high street Law firm. The firm is based in central Oxford and is well known in the area for providing quality Legal advice to both Commercial and Private Clients throughout the region.

The firm’s CQS Accredited Residential Property department is thriving, with quality work being generated by the firm and its existing Clients. As part of its succession planning, it is looking to appoint a Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer/Legal Executive to join the buoyant team of 3 other Fee-Earners.

You will be responsible for assisting the Head of Residential Property with Conveyancing transactions whilst also running your own mixed caseload of Conveyancing matters.

The work will include Sales and Purchases, Remortgages, Equity Release Schemes, Transfers of Equity, Matrimonial Conveyancing and Leasework.

This is a Client facing role and it is seeking a certain individual who has aspirations to assist growing the Residential department in the future.

The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and friendly, have good academics and have a minimum of 1 year’s Conveyancing experience handling a broad caseload of Property matters.
