Residential Property Conveyancer
Salary: £25,000 - £40,000 + Bonus Scheme

Are you an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer looking to join a Legal 500 firm in a fast-paced and dynamic environment? If so, we want to hear from you!

The Role

As a Residential Property Conveyancer, you will:

  • Manage your own caseload of residential transactions, including shared ownership, leasehold, new-builds, and remortgages.

  • Handle property matters from post-quotation through to post-completion.

  • Work with a high proportion of London and South East properties.

  • Operate within a 7-person team, ensuring efficiency and excellent client service.

  • Thrive in an email-driven environment, responding quickly and accurately.

The Ideal Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or CILEX Legal Executive.

  • Experience managing residential property conveyancer transactions independently from start to finish.

  • Strong technical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

  • Excellent email communication skills - fast, responsive, and efficient.

  • Minimum BBB at A-Level.
