We are looking for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join our clients successful and dynamic conveyancing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled professional to handle a diverse and rewarding caseload within a supportive and well-regarded firm.

About the Role: The successful candidate will:

• Manage their own caseload of residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
• Handle more valuable and complex matters with confidence and efficiency
• Liaise effectively with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth transactions

About You: We are seeking a conveyancer with:

• Ideally 5+ years post-qualification experience in residential conveyancing
• Proven ability to manage complex and high-value cases independently
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• A client-focused approach and excellent communication skills
